Best shopping experience I have ever had, hands down. Got a Lowrance unit and a anchor in 2 days. Had some trouble with the anchor but had a replacement in two days. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about all their products. I may have to move to Maryland to be closer to the best boat equipment shop in the country.

I wish I knew Boe was around years ago. I would have saved thousands of dollars just on Boating electronics. I reached out to them before I purchased and was wonderful in helping me choose what I needed. Boe is now my go to place for my bass boat electronic needs. PS. I bought a talon on a Thursday and received cross country on Saturday. That's FAST
May be good prices but you will wait for a month or two with no communication, unless you follow up constantly, for your order.
Amazing !! I ordered a much needed replacement transducer. I ordered mid day Friday arrived on Monday morning.. I received a call with in 20 minutes of ordering. Somebody at BOE reviewed my order and determined that it would arrive at my house faster and cheaper by changing my shipping choice. Then they credited me my shipping costs and shipped for free. Thank you BOE.
It is amazing the product knowledge of the staff and willingness to help before making a large purchase. Even with the pandemic, unavailable products at the distributor level, backorders in the marine industry, they still answered the phone to help consumers make a purchase. Most all other sellers relied on voicemail, emails, and chats when you inquire about products. I have to compliment Emily making a stressful Electronic Upgrade very easy and enjoyable. Ordered on Friday and product delivered Tuesday after a holiday. Thanks for your help Emily!
