I would rate this company as the most unprofessional security company that I have ever dealt with. I'm in the process of relocating offices and I'm going on to 4 weeks with no response from my sales rep, and ignores my requests to get his managers information. I will never do business with these crooks again

The most cheated company I have ever death with. Sales person will Lie to you about maintenance plans and when you need service, they will bill you unbelievable prices. Rude and disrespectful people. Never recommend anyone to do business with them.

Level II NDT Technician

I have been trying to resolve issues with our system since January ( It is July) regarding a contract I inherited. 15 calls into it I have received one response. A copy of an un-legible contract that someone before me signed. A few months ago we had a lightning strike and have been unable to get service. I actually had to purchase equipment from Amazon to replace our DVR because no one from Tucker, GA Location will return our calls. We currently pay a monthly contract for monitoring on a system that has not been working for over a year. This company got the person before me good with a 5 year 80/month contract for equipment worth less than 2,000. Did I mention the 10,000 original installation fee. This company does not do business in good faith and it is amazing to me that they are still in business. With my research it is understandable why they keep changing their name every few years. I am going to back up my review by stating if you doubt this review look at the BBB complaint logs on this company.

Pathetic customer service. i run in to a 2nd instance with them in last 6 months. They will not miss a single opportunity in taking your money away and the lady in the customer service department has no idea what she is talking about. They will just keep you tossing like a pingpong ball. Total rip-off. I will never recommend this to anyone.
