This location is getting more than 1 star because they do have a great staff. However, to increase cost of a unit after only a few months of rental by 10% (30/mo. for me) during a global pandemic and people are struggling I think is completely just taking advantage of the situation. When discussing with corporate they said to \offset\ operating cost but couldn't give me an exact reason for that operating cost increase. There are many storage companies in the area, I would recommend looking at others and skip here.

Very nice and clean establishment!
We have been using this StorageMart for a while both for my wife’s business and for our own private use. Staff has been very helpful and it’s much more convenient than a multi-floor layout. Love that we can go straight to our units to load and unload.
Rafael made the registration process so nice and easy! I had been stressed all week trying to figure out where we were going to store our belongings and he removed those worries in an instant! So glad I stopped by this wonderful establishment and had Rafael handle everything!
Prices are ridiculous. And thru change then they post way better deals for NEW VLIENTS ONLY! not for the ones that have been there an they are ripping them off... you got a deal 30 cheaper in line then I pay for the same unit...
