The guy wouldn't let me buy a part to take my boy riding on an infant attachment. He tried to help even though he claimed it was illegal and then told me he couldn't sell it to me because I asked the bike expert a question (I thought his job was to sell stuff). Kinda weird because I thought retailers couldn't deny sales to anyone for any reason due to discrimination laws. I just know that if I had a shop that remained open when all other non-essentials were closed, I'd try to be a little more customer friendly. Good luck, I'll go to Eddys next time instead of trying to help the smaller guy.
Did not finish the work on given time. I had to keep calling to have them finish the work as a reminder. They took 2 extra days to change the derailleur .
Purchased a bike today here. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were not pushy and no one tried to upsell me. They made sure the bike fit properly and was ready to ride. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend them!
