Couldn't have been better. From check in thru the Express Lane and final outcome the experience was excellent. Angie greeted me at check in. Friendly knowledgeable and efficient. The service advisor was excellent too.

Got my oil changed here last year. The person who did my oil change left the oil cap off when they were finished. Drove the car next day on the highway and smoke was coming out of the hood. Called the general manager he was nice enough to give me a refund. I won't be doing business here anymore so please stop calling me with those automated messages and stop sending me mail.
I was very satisfied with the work I had done here (recall repair). The staff were courteous and my car was done sooner than expected despite them being very busy.
The staff here are always courteous, nice, and they remember your name. They care, which is something that's been difficult to find with other servicers.
