I was given no evidence throughout my interactions with this company that it was in any way legitimate. They didn't pick me up for my shuttle reservation. They didn't call ahead to notify they wouldn't be able to. The driver didn't even know she was supposed to pick me up. There was no communication within the company, as far is I could tell. That or they were scamming me. I have yet to find out if they will actually give me my refund, which I requested. AVOID THIS \COMPANY\ AT ALL COSTS.

A long disgusting story. May 22, 2014 Called who I thought was SUN CITY EXPRESS for a round trip ride to the airport in Phoenix AZ. Now I know I got SUN CITY SHUTTLE. Got a price of 170.00 roundtrip but they could not find my info from previous trips. Some excuse. So I gave them my info. I requested the following: Van for 6 people, 12 bags, 1 wheelchair. Made this very clear and was promised a 14 passenger van. June 2,2014 Did not get the conformation call for the next days trip to airport. Called at about 10:00 pm and was told that all was OK and I should call the driver at 8:00 am if they are late(our pickup time was to be 8:00 am). June 3,2014 Called at 7:00 am. Good thing as I woke her up. Said she was on her way. At about 8:10 A guy drove up with a small van and explained that 2 drivers had been dispatched. 10 minutes later here she came with a Lincoln town car and we went to the airport. They told us to be sure and call when we had our bags on the return. They monitor the flights for lateness and would be at the airport ready to pick us up on the 12th return flight. June 12,2014 We were notified at 3:00 pm est in Orlando by Southwest that our takeoff would be 50 minutes late. When we were getting our bags at PHX the lady driver called and said to get our bags and go outside door 8 where she would pick us up. After standing there for about 20 minutes in the exhaust fumes, I called her to find that they could only get small cars and was asked what we wanted to do. I said that was not going to cut it, and got upset with the service. Then I got another call from the guy driver who said he was there but only a small car. We found him and he said the lady driver was not coming and that he could make multiple trips. We figured that it was going to take 3 trips, 1hour each way to Peoria(5 hours). We exploded and said we would have to find another ride. We did for another 90:00. Good to be home!
DISHONEST! Due to a computer error, 2 reservations were made for the same trip.The owner, Farid Mahmoodi/Sun City Airport Shuttle, will not answer my calls, or emails. The dispatcher has taken my messages each month but Farid Mahmoodi/Sun City Airport Shuttle will not refund the money owed to me. Farid Mahmoodi also works in Tucson. Complaint also registered with BBB.
