It was a great experience. We did the Big Eddy. It was short and fun. Our raft guide was really nice and knowledgeable. Test of the staff moved things along nicely. Great way to spend a couple of hours on the Upper Deschutes... The lava flow was also really cool.

The check in lady was not very nice. And our pictures that were taken during raft were lost or camera problems they don’t know exactly so that sucks. Our guide was cool but all around wasn’t worth it.

There are plenty of rafting guides/companies to use in the area, so no reason to use this company. The staff is outrageously rude, disrespectful, and childish. The actual guides, the people who ride with you in the raft, are fine, but the woman and man checking people in at the business location are horrible. Additionally, the bus driver, at least the one we had, was an equally objectionable human. They’re terrible people and bad employees. Not good to have those people as the most public facing employees of the company, and a very bad first impression since they’re the first people you meet. I’ll go somewhere else in the future, and I encourage all others to do the same.
