Beautiful well kept property and super friendly staff! The manager, Reverie, goes above and beyond to make sure there are fun events and appreciation showings for her residents. Lounge with snacks, food truck fridays, gift wrapping at the holidays and more! Very family friendly community!

After a very sad/difficult event almost 2 years ago, I was forced out of my house and into an apartment for the first time in almost 25 years. I was VERY fortunate find Terraces as they have been nothing but gracious and helpful in this process. I have no issues with neighbors and would recommend Terraces to anyone looking for a nice place to live

I was interested in seeing the apartments available a few days ago, I made an appointment with Alisa to come in at 2:30pm, I just worked an overnight 14 hr shift and drove 30mins way, only to get there with NO ONE in office, the clock on door said they’ll return at 3:30pm.. I sent Alisa an email letting her know how disappointed I was and still till this day haven’t received a call back or email, just nothing. My point to telling my story is that if this apartment complex could start off a new relationship with lack of communication first hand without meeting in the physical for the 1st time, I can only imagine how the communication will be like if I had chosen to go with them.

SO IV BEEN WITH THEM FOR 1 YEAR THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT STAFE WITH US , THE PLACE VERY CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT ,BUT SADLEY IM MOVING OUT TO MY NEW HOUSE ,IF IT WASNT FOR MY HOUSE IWUOLD LIVE THERE FOR TKE LONGEST TIME .....THANKS TERRACES

I can't say enough about Terraces at Suwanee Gateway. Great property close to everything, friendly staff and the new property manager is amazing! The maintenance team is one of the best and love the fun events.
