Very good customer service. They are always quick to reply to questions via text or phone. They built my kids a custom play set in the backyard and they love it! We didn't have a very big space so they worked with us to give us just what we wanted. Very good craftsmanship. Thank you so much!

I had an amazing experience with Swingset Solutions from start to finish. Michelle was amazing helping me and my daughter pick out the perfect set for us and worked with us to get what we wanted and stay in our budget. Swing sets were delayed due to the pandemic but she promised it would arrive in time for my daughters birthday and it did. Brian and his team were amazing putting it together, checking everything with us before finalizing where it would go. It looks amazing and they cleaned up so well you wouldn’t even know they were there! My kids are so in love with their new swing set. I’d recommend swing sets to anyone!
What appeared to be an impossible job for The average person, Colin put this enormous swingset together perfectly in about half the time as the instructions indicated. He was on time, professional, and left the backyard immaculate. Worth every penny to have a professional like Colin put these large sets together.

Not going to write a novel but I love the Swingset I just purchased. Michelle and Brian were so helpful and informative. ( I had a lot of questions) I purchased the set now (at a great price) and their going to store it in my garage and come in the spring to install it. Which is great it’s around my daughters birthday! I definitely suggest Swingset solutions.
