I have been taking my dogs to Switzer for over 15 years now. All the of the Doctors and Staff here are amazing! We have laughed together, and cried together throughout the years. I have watched Dr. Ryan save one of my dogs during emergency surgery, I have spent time on the phone on emergency calls and have always received compassionate care! My dogs LOVE going to the Vet! We pull into the parking lot and they are over joyed to go inside, and I really think that has a lot to do with the care that the Doctors and Staff show to every animal that walks in that door. Even our SUPER loud, quirky rescue dog that we had, they were always accommodating with her and have tried to help make the visits easier on her. If you are looking for a veterinarian, I highly recommend Switzer Veterinary Clinic!

I recently moved to the area, selected a different veterinary clinic that didn't work out. My dog required after hours emergency surgery, Switzer (Dr Knight) was very professional, responsive, and compassionate. The level of care my dog received during the surgery and follow-up was exceptional. I have since switch my dog's care to Switzer Veterinary Clinic and have been more than satisfied with their level of professionalism and care.

My wife and I were in a neighboring town on vacation when all four of our beagles were injured by a porcupine. All four had at least twenty or more quills in there face, ears and legs. We called several vets nearby, one being two miles away in Atlanta Michigan. They all refused to help, telling us that they were busy. We called this vet and they got us right in, even though when we arrived they were also busy. They took all four in right away and returned to the car with a detailed receipt of what they were going to do and what it would cost. After a couple hours we returned to find that the price was less than expected. Care for the dogs was exceptional and so was the customer service. It was worth the extra drive to get such great service and for a reasonable price.

My wife and I have had dogs since I was in graduate school at Harvard over 40 years ago. We have never been to a clinic as professional as this one. They gave us a written plan of care that included a cost estimate. They explained their treatment in great detail both before and after the surgeries. Their staff is equally knowledgeable and polite. We greatly appreciate the care that they have given our two rescue dogs.

Been taking my dog here since I’ve had him nine years now, my dog has a caution on him cause he has high anxiety but the vets and nurses there know how to handle him and I would not trust any other vet. They are the best.
