First off, I only hope for the best for Sweet Dreams and I hope they implement a better customer service experience. From the other reviews, they seem to do fairly well but just missed the boat with us which I hope only happened because they were so overwhelmingly busy. That being said, I had a terrible experience with Sweet Dreams. Long story short, my fiance filled out the contact form via the website. She got an email asking us to call the store so she called the store and let Deanna know what she wanted. Deanna said Karen would email us a quote. 2 weeks later, we followed up with an email because we had not received anything. Deanna replied that she would make sure it got sent. Still nothing. Several weeks later, Deanna contacted our church asking for our info because she lost our information. The information that got logged into their website. The email that she had already used to correspond with us...? Once again, I hope for nothing but the best. With all the positive reviews, I'm sure they generally do a great job. They just really missed the mark with us. And that's okay. I'm leaving atleast 2 stars for the effort Deanna made to atleast contact us again. I know it takes a lot to run a small business and I commend Deanna and her team for their efforts. Best of luck to Sweet Dreams.

We ordered desserts for our wedding. And we want to say that they were delicious and extremely beautiful. Everyone enjoyed the desserts in our wedding. The staff at sweet dreams was very easy to work with and delivered on time. They were very nice to us. Thanks.

I had a chocolate cake with white beautiful frosting! I believe it was a wedding topper... I have never tasted anything better in my life! Me, my mother, and my grandparents loved it. ️ We didn’t eat all of it and put it on the fridge to eat later and it still tasted just as good! I highly recommend! Everyone was very nice too. ️

We highly recommend Sweet Dream Desserts for wedding cakes! Their team worked with us while planning our wedding from out of state, and the cakes were beautiful and so tasty! The designs were exactly what we imaged in the planning process, and Deanna put together an AMAZING display table for our reception. We could not have asked for a better experience!
