Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Multiple phone calls with voice messages and emails without any response. Left the number and email for them to contact me. Only got an email back from them stating that I can call them anytime but they never pick up the phone. I can't imagine what it would be like if I had a problem with smart home and home security system.

Service is great but it’s 2021 and for a technology company they really need to figure out setting up autopay. I haven’t manually paid a bill in years...
