Had a really nice experience here, we got an emergency same day delivery. We had asked for a flower that was out of season and they called us right away and worked with us to make a similar and equally good arrangement with another type of lily. We got a call to confirm this as soon as we ordered, and a delivery confirmation once it was delivered. I'm sorry so many people claim to have had a bad experience, this is a good shop and should be rated more highly.

I love this place. They always have what I need. Honestly, they have some of the most beautiful arrangements.
My family was having a mass at St.John the Baptist church on Saturday I called Ralph and asked for a dozen pease roses with purple status in it Ralph said he had cream and burgundy red roses as close to a peace rose as I could get. and much to my surprise I got pink roses with no status and on Sunday several of the roses were wilted and dead. I sent them because I couldn’t attend the mass I was very very disappointed with what was sent. My Mother loved those roses. Very disappointed Robert Paris
I no longer live in Syracuse but use Westcott Florist for all my flower needs to family still in Syracuse, I used it for Proms flowers, BDayFlowers, MotherDay Flowers.
