My driver was absolutely 100% proactively ahead of the game. He was standing at the baggage claim with very visible sign with my name. Clean cut, personable and a safe driver. Recommend especially to my Military comrades.
We used System Shuttle to get us from the Miami airport to our Airbnb. We then used them for a round trip ride to the Seaquarium. Finally a trip back to the airport. From start to finish great communication via text messages letting me know the status of our rides. Our driver, David, was very courteous and helpful. I am very glad that we found System Shuttle and David All of our rides were comfortable and on time. They did a great job ensuring that we had the right car seats for our little ones, and they were fairly priced. We will use System Shuttle next time we visit Miami.
They were professional and on time! They made my life so easy. I had to change to an earlier flight and they accommodated me with no extra cost, I provided my new flight number and they were waiting with a sign with my name on it!! I highly recommend, I appreciate their professionalism!
We had so much fun on this trip! Staff was very nice. We saw 2 aligators.
