Preston and his fellow worker arrived right on time. They diagnose the problem within five minutes and after another 35 minutes they were finished repairing our toilet. They were respectful and they wore masks the whole time. They also protected their shoes so they did not track in any dirt. We appreciated their hard work and also the ability to settle our bill so quickly.

My job had to happen with special timing. I needed my tank removed and then two hours later install a new one. I had a Termite treatment done mid install of the tank. Great job and thanks for the extra effort. Lee
Hart's provided a wonderful experience and service for our plumbing repair needs. I was in touch with their representatives named Caitlin from the beginning and she continued to remain in touch giving me updates on when our service team would arrive. We had a specific time window of availability and they were able to accommodate well. To our service. Preston and his colleague arrived as expected, they diagnosed our pipe problem gave me two options to choose from and recommendations on which would have the better outcome. And also shared some past experiences with a similar issue they faced. After our decision the team got to work, issue resolved, and.....they left the work area clean. I loved that Harts sent us a profile with picture of our service person. He was courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure. As expected the work would be expected and planned for. We felt very comfortable with his experience and flexible options. We had a follow up call to be sure our experience was good and are going ahead confidently with Harts.
Called Harts Services to fix a leak in my ceiling Jarret found the problem right away and provided me with multiple solutions to fix it. He was courtesy and professional. Even stayed behind to clean after ceiling fell in and provided me with recommendations to get the ceiling fixed.
