The hospital staff were very unprofessional and when my wife was in her room she waited for 4 hours for nothing none of the staff were checking in on her at all just kept giving her meds that she didnt even need taking massive amounts of blood from her and not letting her at least snack on something to have some sort of energy, she called for a nurse numerous times and no one came to her aid. I would not recommend this hospital DO YOUR RESEARCH AND FIND A BETTER PLACE!! I made the mistake of coming here to this god awful hospital. If there was an option to give this place a 0 I would have definitely given this place a 0.

I've had two surgeries in 2 weeks. The staff at Allenmore Day Surgery are amazing. Everyone you in counter is so helpful and explains everything to you. Everyone from check in to check out is amazing. Thank y'all so much

My mother was improperly taken care of once admitted to the ICU. She suufered horrifically for 2 days and had to transported to St. Joe's Trauma Unit STAT. She was suffering from a lacerated spleen which was overlooked at Allenmore. She went into hemophylatic shock while being told that she was going into renal failure and needed to be sent to another hospital to be put on a dialysis machine which we were told Allenmore was not equipped with a portable or otherwise machine. So after being admitted to the trauma unit, she underwent emergency exploratory surgery, had her spleen removed and passed away 3 hours later.

If I could give more stars I would. I had outpatient surgery and from check in to discharge I had the most compassionate care. My Dr, anesthesiologist, and nurses were absolutely amazing and I have never been to a more caring facility. If I ever need another procedure done, I will definitely make sure its at Allenmore Hospital. Thank you for going above and beyond especially in these trying times.
