Absolutely the worse place to send someone you love. The lady who works the phones answers with an annoyed \Hello?!\ EVERYTIME and waits for the caller to say hello before even stating you've reached the facility. They refuse to answer family questions. If you request a copy of a care plan, they hung up immediately. The social worker must be a ghost because they never respond or answer their phone. \Let me place you on a brief hold\ and \let me get a nurse to talk with you\ then leave you on hold until it hangs up on you are their go tos. If I could give a 0 I would.

All I want to do is talk to my mom and tell her how much I love her... no one there will help me and I'm mad at them. I have waited an hour befor I called back and now I get no answer. This place needs better management what if it was there mom , what the F.... I love my mom F covid for not letting me hug her.

This place served cold food and They tell you to turn the TV down when it's not loud! The food is bad tasting! They you to be quiet. When they have people. That are loud! The physical therapy. Is no help! Plus the place has dirty heaters and the water and ice dispenser is dirty. And the air vents. Plus they need more wheelchair buttons on Doors!

My stay at this facility was a bridge between hospital and inpatient rehab at a hospital. My stay was AWFUL. The nursing staff varied from rude to incompetent and unprofessional. Unprofessional is how I would describe 95 percent of the nursing and aide staff. Most of the aides were inexperienced young “kids”. I felt VERY UNSAFE in a room with a closed door with no communication other than a call light that the staff may or may not answer in 20-45 minutes which was the average response time. It is common for residents including myself to be screaming for help and the staff does not respond. Absolutely nothing happens during the hours of the shift changes so for an entire hour several times a day there is no contact with the nurses. If I had to put an older relative here for any amount of time I would CHOOSE ANY OTHER alternative. The fact that there was no verbal communication with the call system was a safety issue for me. The food was absolutely terrible. There are some great staff members but many of the staff choose or are required due to lack of staffing to work double shifts. I did not experience good care from most of the staff working a double shift. They were tired and overworked. Numerous times my medications were unavailable and skipped.
