Totally professional and great customer support. I was blown away that they remembered my name when I dropped by to set up an appointment to have someone look at a wiper issue I had. I had only been there 3 times. Once when I bought my car, once for an oil change and this stop. Even the person I purchased the car from came out and spoke with me recalling thing we had talked about almost a year ago when I bought my car. This only confirmed that I had chosen the correct place to purchase my car. I was important!

Usually i hate buying a new car, however my experience at Tacoma Nissan was a pleasant surprise the salesman who assisted me was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I was interested in and was never pushy. It took me a couple of days and a few trips to south Tacoma Nissan to make my final decision during that time my sales associate Jeremy Williams bent over backwards to accommodate me, checking in with me on his day off, finding the color we wanted, providing demo vehicles for me to test drive, sitting in the vehicle with me helping me understand all of the high tech systems.
