Doctor Bassey is a great pediatrician, I can’t take that way from her, however The service is HORRIBLE!!! Both offices always have conflicting information. The answering service is worst they never know the hours of operation and good luck trying to set an appointment. Today was the icing on the cake for me, I called the Riverdale office and they said they are closed because they only have one Doctor working so I would have to go to the one on New Hampshire ave. I got to the office with my daughter and they are going to tell me they are only taking appointments. I was so mad I went off on the guy in front of my kids. I’m currently in the process of changing pedestrian.

Dr. Bassey is an excellent pediatrician! I’ve been taking my kids there since they were newborns and my oldest is 11 years old now. We moved and live about 45 mins away now and I don’t mind the long drive because I know that my kids will be treated well. She’s always happy to see my kids and they are always happy to see her. The staff is also friendly and very welcoming.

Worst customer service ever.they didn’t want to see my daughter and she was really sick I had to take her to the emergency room because they failed to see my daughter. Of course As a mother I got mad so I said things to them but nevertheless they still didn’t see my daughter their answer was that my insurance wasn’t active however when I called the insurance they told me it was active . They always gave me a hard time . If I were you I wouldn’t go to this place . They don’t care about the well being of the child . All they care is to get pay from the insurance and that’s it. They also sent me a letter that I couldn’t take my child there anymore like if they were the victims. Please don’t take you kids to this pediatrician is the worst in the DMV . Of course I changed my pediatrician the same day I wouldn’t risk to take my daughter here anymore .
