Eric and assistant did a marvelous job. He is extremely helpful and patient. Also, Eric very understanding about my concern as well as my care I take on my lawn you can barely tell there was digging in my lawn when they finished.

These boys love their job. They work hard to finish it on-time and make you have a good experience. Last year they worked from noon to past midnight to remove a 6-foot root from my sewage. The root was so big all the equipments fail. They literally hand-dug to get it out. Since then, I did business with them four more times, the last one the tanker you find in the photos.
Started out searching for diagnostic prices and stopped when Mr Rooter did not have one. Made the appointment and Mr. Jonathan Barnard was perfect as far as I’m concerned. He was very professional and informative. Answered all of my questions in detail and actually had an answer better than I just work here. Replaced my shower valve due to leaking and also performed a pressure check that I did not request and found it was a little high 110psi to my surprise so he potentially saved me future headache with that information (I will have them correct that issue). Actually coordinated w/ him while I was on the road headed back to Tallahassee and it was as if we were standing face to face. I will definitely be using them again and will request Mr. Barnard when I do. Was signed up to the Rooter club so now I will get discounts on future work and they also accepted my military status for an added small discount. Overall the service was excellent and I recommend Mr. Rooter, gold star and I tip my hat to them. (Not a paid spokesperson)
Kevin and his apprentice were very personable and informative and most of extremely helpful with solving my drainage issue. I truly appreciate all the knowledge about my plumbing situation that was provided by Kevin and his apprentice. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends! They were truly just really nice people!
Eric did an excellent job repairing an issue with my well. He was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and very thorough throughout the entire process. He diagnosed the issue after just a few minutes, made reasonable recommendations, and performed a pretty major repair that completely resolved the problem.
