Told me that safety washers for the axles are not needed. Remember the customer is always right I wanted two safety items for a bicycle!!! Guess you will never get any business from my family or friends !!!

ALWAYS wonderful customer service from a bike shop owner and rider of bikes sold there. Worth the drive HANDS DOWN!
Efficient, reasonable and knowledgeable service while I waited on two bicycles......I had repairs done while I waited even though I was fully expecting to have to leave the bikes and pick them up another day .....the bearings were shot on my bottom bracket and they where replaced with new sealed bearings while I waited.....Couldn’t ask for more .....gonna run my errands by bike tomorrow!!!! I’m very Happy
