My wife and I both felt this was an excellent veterinarian office. The Animal Clinic customer service is outstanding! Our cat Iris received quick treatment for her leg. Our veterinarian, Janet Simowitz and her team are great! We felt our cat was in the best of hands when we dropped her off. Thank you for your help with our cat. She is our family and means the world to us. All of her future check ups will be complete at this location.

l'll start by saying I used to love this place. I went here mainly for holistic treatment. I was not able to get adequate diagnosis and treatment for my cat. I called to see if I could get some money back. I was not expecting a full refund. I was told the office manager would contact me. When I didn't hear from the office manager, I requested for Dr. Darko to contact me regarding the matter. He never contacted me. Even if they don't think I should be refunded, the professional thing to do is to contact me and explain why. Unfortunately, I won't return due to the lack of a response.

They only care about the money. I made an appointment for a second opinion for my cat. I was told that since I was a new patient I would have to leave a 50 deposit to hold the appointment which is something I had never heard of however I did it. My cat felt better so I called 8 days before my appointment to cancel and it was told I would not receive my 50 back. I am disabled and on a fixed income and I tried explaining this to them and they did not care. I was told that they had to hold an hour of the doctor's time however as I said I canceled eight days prior to the appointment. Clearly they're not concerned about the welfare of the animals or the patients only about the money. So happy I did not take and he is my pets there

This is my second review about Dr. Darko and his incredible staff. We recently lost our sweet boy Bubba Sue and I cannot express our gratitude enough. The kindness that was shown during our devastating loss was beyond what we have ever expected or experienced. Thank you so much Dr. Darko for your kindness we are forever grateful. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Darko. He is very kind and knows what he is doing. The office is always clean and the staff is friendly.
