It was great, everyone was so friendly, I was able to work on my laptop in the waiting area.. that was clean and quiet ! I didn’t get to work long because my vehicle was ready so quickly! I purchased my truck there and I service my truck there and I will go there for all my Chevy needs for as long as I can :) The GM and the Service manager are doing a great job and I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for EVERYTHING!!!!
I can not say enough positive things about this dealership. This entire process was the easiest most stress free car buying process possible. My sales guy was Daniel he was absolutely perfect. He was calm funny and very personable. Brian was finance and he worked with me every step of the way to get me the best rate possible. Debbie was so sweet and she made sure to oversee the entire process. I never felt pressured I never felt they were trying to one up me I always felt comfortable and stress free! I could go on and on but just know if you ever need a good experience at a dealer go here! Thank you EVERYONE at Tappahannock Chevrolet you guys rock!!!!!
