My Refrigerator unexpectedly died on a Saturday evening. On Sunday I visited and / or called several other appliance stores. Due to the Coronavirus many stores did not have in stock a 33 inch wide bottom freezer unit. I reached Ken at Ray's Appliance in Taunton. He quickly responded on a Sunday morning (when the store was closed). He was able to secure the Refrigerator model and color that I requested. The unit was delivered that same week on Thursday afternoon as promised with no hassle. I would highly recommend Ray's Appliance. They made a stressful situation better. Always best to do business with the smaller shops - they want to earn your business as a repeat customer. Thank you!
