Great store great people used to be badd not anymore I can definitely tell the customer service has gone up they helped me rectify a bill in which I was struggling.

Based on all these comments, I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume nobody likes their job. I got bad service on the telephone, now I'm afraid of going in person will do me no good. Bad customer service all around. Must be poorly managed all around. I'm so glad cable is a dying industry. I wish internet was deemed a utility. It should be. Once that happens, no more cable company. Elon, bring on the 5G.

Ladds Towing

Called local number but got a call center in Bend Oregon. Said they'd have someone call me in a couple of days. Went in to the local office in mesquite and talked to a rude lady that basically said my address didn't exist. When I explained that it was definitely a good address she said well we'll have to try and send someone out to verify it's a good address. If I treated people like this in my business I'd expect them to go elsewhere just like I'm going to do. She acted like It was a bother for her to do her job.
