Jess and Amanda were incredible! They helped me understand the major (and minor) potential issues in a commercial property I was looking to purchase. I’ve worked with a handful of inspectors in the past and it’s safe to say Jess is best in show. I trust her insight and knowledge and can see why she has so many loyal, repeat customers. I’ll be sure to use her and her team again and again.

Jess was the best! She took her time and made sure to be very thorough. I was along for the inspection the whole time and Jess made sure to answer all of my questions and was able to give me detailed findings on any issues or concerns with the house as we progressed through the inspection. I would recommend going to technihouse for any type of inspections. They are professional and great to work with.
