Had an absolutely amazing experience with Josh and the rest of the Compass Balloons team! Enjoyed gorgeous views over wine country and saw a beautiful sunrise. Pilots and crew are outstanding—they’re kind, committed to safety, and make sure everyone has a fun flight. It was unlike any other flying experience I’ve had and can’t wait to go again. Highly recommend the Compass Balloons team!

Everyone was so nice and friendly. It really felt like they wanted you to have a great time. Its a very unique experience and you can tell they take pride in their job. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a hot air balloon experience!
Nice ride but am disappointed - We enjoyed the ride, but we were very disappointed for a number of things: The van was too crowded with passengers and the windows were not opened. The driver and another staff in the van did not wear masks nor did the river and pilot when going up and down the hot air balloon. The staff who handled payments wore a mask and made effort to communicate with us. We are deaf; however, the pilot not make any effort to communicate with us. We did not have access to information shared with other passengers. We lost out a lot yet yet we paid the same price. We asked if the balloon could go higher while the other balloon with the same company went very high and moved to different areas. They have better views while we were stuck with the same view . The pilot responded by laughing, you want to go higher. Did not appreciate it. The website stated all staff wear masks, but this was not the case. Violated Covid-19 protocols.
Had a wonderful ride yesterday. Pilot and driver they were both very friendly and professionals. They keeping hot air balloon traditions and you will get champagne after ride. views was great me and my wife are happy. will go there again definitely. Thank you
This was the most wonderful and breathtaking experience. We had tons of fun. Plus, the pilot and guide were very nice and funny. The winds were great and we got to go on a special 9 mile trip. The experience is well worth the money! I would recommend Compass Balloons to anyone who is thinking about taking a hot air balloon flight, they are fantastic!
