I brought in two pairs of shoes Manolo Blahnik’s and Gucci Heels for protective soles. I was recommended by my father he brings in all of his Louis Vuitton shoes for protective soles. I’am very picky about my items I take very good care of them and expect the same. They were handled with care and left in perfect condition even better with the protective soles that were added. Now I feel like I can walk all over the place and not have to worry about my shoes being damaged at the bottom. I highly recommend Linden for his great customer service he’ll make sure that your well taken care of & John for making my shoes last for many years to come.

In my more than 60 years on this planet, I have never been treated as badly as I have at this establishment. I CANNOT SAY STRONGLY ENOUGH...STAY AWAY. I took in two pairs of cowboy boots. Their repair costs were more than I paid for the boots. 110 for a sole and heel a piece. I told them that I needed the boots for a trip back east. THEY PROMISED to have them done. I went in and they were not done. They handed me my exotic boots with strings hanging from them and they were NOT conditioned. I refused to take them. They promised them a week later than the original deadline...and STILL did not have them done! The whole time they complained about their workload. The younger one threw his father under the bus saying he would keep him away from my boots. They acted like they were doing me a favor to work on my boots in his spare time. Each time I went in people were getting excuses for why their shoes were not done as though we should have pity on them for being overworked. Finally they agreed to refund my money. They gave me my boots with NO sole on them. The store was crowded and they gave MY DEBIT card that they were putting the refund on...TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I HAD TO CANCEL MY MAIN DEBIT CARD....ALL MY ACH and auto payments have to be changed. I did not even get an apology. STAY AWAY...THEY ARE FUBAR.

Great customer service everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Boots came out great! Super happy. I recently switched over from another place and am happy that I did. If I was going to nitpick there was some glue on the leather of both of my boots where I assume the vice held it which i was able to rub it off no problem. Thanks for the new tires guys.

Tim’s shoe repair has been my cobbler for the last ten years. They took care of my boots while I was on active duty serving in the Marine Corps and were phenomenal. Four years later my shoes and boots are only serviced by one company and that’s Tim’s. I ship my boots to Tim’s from out of state because their workmanship is unparalleled, professionalism is on point, and you won’t find anyone better. Highly recommended.
