Love their Mac n cheese with bacon and they are so generous with their bacon. The Phoenix location is kinda stingy with their bacon and that’s if they remember to put it on the Mac n cheese. Love the Tempe location! Friendly people, great food. Love all of their soups. Their subs are pretty good too.

Drove by and it sounded good. Staff was friendly and fast. Place was clean and they are open for inside seating and they actually let you get your own soda from the drink machine including refills. How refreshing in this age of over compensating for Covid!Sandwich was good, only minus no side salads only chips.

The staff is always very courteous and there are some very kind people working there. The sandwiches are great as well, although sometimes a bit bland. It's also very clean inside and I felt like they follow COVID safety rules very strictly. Cheers!
What can I say about Potbelly’s? Potbellys is an amazing restaurant with great food and amazing service! The restaurant itself is a clean, bright and has a very warm feeling. The only negative thing I have to say and the reason for the 4 star rate is the poor condition of the exterior. The front trash can was overflowing onto the patio with trash. Tables were very dirty and there were only a few patrons at the time of my visit. The overflowing trash can gave off a very negative and displeasing appearance. Besides that still a great place to eat!!!!
