I don’t normally write very many reviews. However, Dan’s knowledge base and willingness to help me as a new Brewer was no less than incredible! Dan has taught me some things already that I would’ve probably had a steep learning curve and lots of messed up beers to learn the hard way! Dan is an extremely personable and knowledgeable guy. His shop is three hours away from me. However, I will try and support this business as much as I can. The more local brew shops closer to me have no one there this willing to help you with quite this much knowledge base. I have never met Dan, and have no affiliation with his store whatsoever.However, I can tell you this, I will continue to patronize his store even if it’s just having things shipped. But, if I need to stock up on some thing, I may just make the drive! I’d like to shake the hand of the guy that is providing so much help and maybe even have a beer or two with him! This is exactly why you can’t just go and support huge box stores. Especially not for this kind of stuff. You will not get the knowledge base. Dan really has a passion for this and you can tell when you talk to him. You may find the same products he carries at some large online box store, but try asking someone at one of those places a question? See if they really know anything! If you can get through to them on the phone line. This is where Dan’s small business shines! You have a guy that is as serious about this as you could ever want to be. Plus, he is incredibly friendly and willing to spend the time with you to figure out your process. I’ll definitely be buying more from them. Road trip! I just came out from there and am completely blown away at how friendly they all are. The owner helped me get everything I need and the cashier assembled my beer bump for me. I would recommend this place for anyone with beer supply needs and questions. And to top it all off they even gave me a piece of pizza.

Lt. Dan is very knowledgeable, personable, and the shop has a great selection. I bought a piece of equipment and the manufacturer had left out a key component. I called just as the store was closing - Dan met me halfway with the equipment!! I really appreciated the extra effort as I live just over an hour from the store. I definitely plan to be a regular!
