No one will answer my questions they just interupt and then hang up. Been trying for 2 days to ask a question.
Ridiculous mailing in original documents to get a name change. They'll tell you to send in your original drivers license DON'T do that. It states online to get a certified paper from BMV.
Personnel did a great job. Knowing what we needed to do. We were very pleased.
