Al was such a great helper in the facility and so were his coworkers. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was so nervous going thinking I’d be judge but it was the total opposite. They care and truly are genuine people with such great compassion towards people who come to the building. I hope I see them again next time when I come back!!

Let's first speak on services of this site. HIV & STI prevention department, the team's goal is to help patients achieve holistic wellness by providing patients with: education, resources and access to services. Also, the team provide on-site resource navigation and assist with increasing access to health care services through on-site house testing, linkage to care and referral services. Second I enjoy the concept, the team's passion and perseverance. It shows, this specific site is the model for patient client interaction, risk intervention and prevention.

I had an amazing experience with Leonard! He was soooo down to earth, had great conversation, & was very knowledgeable! I wasn’t nervous or scared! He made the process very welcoming! James assisted with scheduling and rescheduling my appointment for me, and Moquatin created a safe space within the walls of the health clinic.
