Visited today for the first time (I've test driven the Model S previously in Texas). We were greeted my the best salesman, Thomas, who listened to our curiosity and brought us a Model Y to drive. What a complete blast! Comfortable, FAST, quiet, not terribly difficult to learn the on screen controls. All in all, we probably spent 1 1/2 hours there, also assisted by Travis. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff! Thank you for a great experience!

Kooky but fun. They did drop the ball twice. My care had to be run through service 3 times during it's visit. Christian got it taken care of though.

Horrible customer service experience. They acted like they were doing us a favour to buy a 50,000 car. We are looking forward to the future competition in the all-electric auto market. Cancelled our order.

Buying a model 3 performance and I've been waiting for over a month which was fine for me until they notify me that my trade-in offer had expired. I take the new odometer reading which was almost the exact same as the original since I am currently working from home and when I receive my new trade-in offer it was 200 less. I would be understanding of the new trade-in value if I were the reason the purchase took over a month making the trade-in period expire or if I had put a crazy amount of mileage on the car which I had not. Not a great first experience with Tesla.

I was having at home charging station installed when I realized that I was missing a key part for connection. Carter explained to me the Tesla policy which I didn't necessarily agree with but needed the part, paid for it and went to pick it up. Carter personally brought the part out to me but told me that he had taken care of the charge. It was a small charge but a huge gesture. I am a fan and will be going forward. THANK YOU CARTER!

Tesla is not a perfect company, but they do have great vehicles, and the people are generally go above and beyond. I love the car now 2 years into ownership more than when I bought it.
