Great experience! Terri was super responsive to us. We did have to leave a message....guess that is why they have an answering service....LOL. Got a call back pretty quick and she was able to answer my questions. Stayed at Star Meadow and loved it - the view was great and very relaxing!

The cabin and property was great. The only complaints we have are nothing major. There were several silverfish in the drawers in the kitchen. May need to spray for bugs. The lack of towels which we planned for. I guess our biggest complaint is the description of the cabin is a little bit of false advertising. You have your private pool and hot tub, but less than 50 yds away is another cabin with their hot tub just on the otherside of a tree line. You and they can hear everything said. Other than that the cabin, the space was great. Again nothing to make you not like the place, but just things not expected. Would recommend for couples wanting to get away and relax. Loved the town and all it had to offer.

This review is for Birdsong Cabins. This was our second stay with them. We booked Acacia House and were very disappointed. This place is in need of a deep clean and repair. We spent too much money to have to clean when we walked in the door, especially during a pandemic. We gave these cabins another chance because we were assured the cleanliness issue was a fluke the first time. You got us! Lesson learned.

Buyers beware!!! We originally reserved a date for April 2020. Paid in full. Noticed they never awnser the phone calls as well as it took awhile to get responses via emails. By the end of March, Covid hit and we were informed that they would not be able to honor our dates but would have a credit to use by the end of the year. Okay, we understood and made a reservation for mid Dec 2020. By the start of Nov, we had some unexpected medical expenses and contacted them to cancel our reservation in hopes of using that money towards said medical expenses. They stated that because it was a rebook ( even though they are the reason it was a rebook ) that it would have to be booked by another party , even though we contacted well before the 30 days of our reservation, to recieve a refund. Okay, not wanting to cause issues and really needing the money we wait and hope someone else booked it. Contacted them early the week of Thanksgiving in hopes of some good news , we find out that they supposedly contacted us via email , again no phone calls, and the place had been booked and we would recieve a refund. We never recieved said email nor any information about when we would recieve it. They finished their email with \ this issue has been resolved\ and after 2 weeks of multiple attempts to reach out to them have recieved neither any communication, our refund or any customer service. They are not accredited with the BBB. Buyer beware!!!!

We reserved Casa Rio for a weekend away. Everything went smoothly, we picked up our keys at the office and drove to the house. It was exactly what we saw on the website and the weekend was just perfect. They even emailed over the weekend to make sure everything was ok. Definitely recommend.
