We recently renovated our house and had Chuck and his team at The Automated House install several TVs, and a wired and wireless network for us. We finally have a properly working wired and wireless network. Additionally, they introduced us to the Control4 platform. We love it!!! Thanks to all at The Automated House.

Chuck did a great job reprogramming my control4 unit. He went over it with me and Explained everything about how the system can completely automate the basic functions of my house. He then set up the programs tested the system and reconfigured the security system so everything works together. Chuck will be the person I always call for control4 tweets and programming needs. Since control4 does audio and video as well, he will be helping me expand my system when the times come.

Chuck and his team at The Automated House installed a whole house audio and video distribution system at our primary house back in 2015, and more recently at our second home. The end results were truly outstanding and have given us hours of enjoyment. They are punctual, sent an appointment time and arrived on time; cleaned up after themselves, finished as scheduled and within budget and equally important prepared instructions\\training and follow-up. We will definitely use The Automated House for any of our future home entertainment, control, and automation needs.

The Automated House recently installed a Control4 system at our house. We couldn't be happier. Its so nice to have one remote that controls the TV, cable box, surround sound receiver and Blu-ray player, also the ability to control the thermostat, front door lock, and security system while away from home is the key for us or should i say the key to our home while we're away..

Our experience with Chuck Teasley and The Automated House was awful. He misused his access to our system and shut it down due to a disagreement. His intrusion into our platform and lack of customer service was unacceptable. My family was shocked that he would misuse his access in the way that he did. We were without any access to important features of our house for several days during the holidays. He would only \turn our house on\ when his demands of payment were met. I would not recommend Chuck Teasley or The Automated House for any service.
