I came in off the street with a frumpy tire and they generously got me back on the road in a few minutes better than ever! So kind! I highly recommend.

Adam and his team did an awesome job on my wife’s 8 ½ year old cruiser to get it back to “like new condition” and at a very reasonable price. Considering how the bicycle business has more than quadrupled during this pandemic, they could have performed shoddy work to just get it done and move on. Instead, they take pride in their work and provided excellent service and it rides like new. I will take quality over quantity any day of the week, month, or year. I highly recommend this place and will be telling all my friends.

Dean was a great person to meet; very personable & directed me to exactly what I needed. He's very knowledgeable & helpful! I've been to many bike stores looking for the right bikes & Dean was the first to direct me in the right direction for what I was looking for. Great prices, awesome service..what more can you ask for! I highly recommend this bike store to anybody looking for a bike & to great conversations with knowledgeable staff. I left the store knowing more than I did walking in!

I’ve been looking for a bike for several months ,finally went into shop today and met Dean, (I think he’s the owner.) Dean , had amazing energy directed me to accessories that I didn’t even think about. For instead a place I can put my phone and listen to music a basket and even a horn. I was able to walk out with the perfect bike with all my needs , At an amazing reasonable price . I wish I would’ve gone to the shop three months ago. If you’re shopping for a bike go to the bicycle store of Largo and make sure you ask for Dean , he is amazing.

I came into this shop as a walk-in and Ryan was very helpful with his answers, and when I did get a bike, I knew right where to take it to get it set right, It's a complete Bicycle shop and Ryan takes pride in his work and it's in a good location, close to the bike trail on West Bay in Largo ..

I bought an electric trike from Dean. Don’t get me wrong, Dean is very personable, much more than his boss, Mark. Neither one mind you, adjusted the bike for me, you know where you sit on the seat , and they figure out where the handlebars and seat are supposed to be.Well, they never did it! I told them I needed a 24 inch bike, but this bike fit like a 20 inch. They said that it is a stretched out 24 inch bike. Has anyone ever heard of such? I sure haven’t. So, Dean gives me an extender for the seat and told me that I didn’t have to pay for it for all the trouble that I have been through. I took it home and tried it, it didn’t fit. I brought it back the following day but Dean wasn’t working but his boss, Mark was. I told Mark I was there to exchange the extender, and Mark asked how much I paid for it. I said Dean gave it to me , and Mark said, “we’re not in the business of giving things away “, and I told him that he would have to take that up with Dean. I asked if I could return the bike in exchange for another and Dean posed the question to his boss, Mark. Mark of course said no, since this was a trade-in bike. But, my point is, being a bike shop, they should have seen if the bike fit me from the very beginning instead of just taking my money. But in Mark’s words, “We’re not in the business of giving things away.”

Brought in a Gary fisher bike that needed quite a bit of work and I was ok with paying to have it done. The young guy (who said he works there once every other week) looked at it and said it will cost too much and tried to sell me a bike. When I said “no I wanted to fix this one” he proceeded to tell me the owner would be upset if he took the bike in because it’s to much work (and the owner would have to do the work) when he can make money easier. I don’t get it, I was willing to pay on the spot because I didn’t want the hassle of fixing it, but I guess they only want to work for easy money. I’ll order the parts on Amazon and do it myself...thanks for your help bicycle store!!!
