I ordered online Samsung TV beginning of the year. From first day I have problem with. I called customers service 100 times. From beginning they are laying and telling me to not worry. TV is still under factory warranty, I don't have no choice. I have to waste my time in court house. Waiting for court. I don't worry about, because I will shut down their business.... When you turned TV off everything is looking good. Soon as turning on a lot of lines and different colors Popping out from 1st day. Stay away from Samsung Electronics

We recently purchased a 65 inch smart TV from the Big Screen Store in Tyson's Corner. Jeff was the sales consultant who we worked with and he was excellent in all respects. He really took his time to explain the various options based on the various inputs we provided. The delivery/ wall mount installation process was also excellent. . We are pleased to be able to give this store our highest recommendation, based on the excellent service provided at every step of the way.

No better place to buy a TV. My salesman, Mason Stanley, was extremely informative and did not apply any pressure throughout my decision making process. I have bought TVs online and at various big box stores. I can now say that the Big Screen Store will be my first and only stop in the future. I honestly thought this level of service was a thing of the past. I should also mention that you do not have to spend a small fortune to shop here. They have a wide variety of TVs and will even match Amazon prices.

We'd had a good experience with the Big Screen Store when we purchased our first "big screen" TV over a decade ago, so we decided to go there again to replace our other TV. I first did some internet research to confirm their TV prices were comparable with several of the "big box" stores, plus we knew they would have a better selection of cabinets to choose from. We also knew we would need some hand-holding in making the selection, and Jeff, the sales manager, was extremely obliging and courteous in this respect. He clearly explained the different features of the various TV models, inquired about our viewing habits, and based on those, agreed that we did not necessarily need the most expensive model. Because this TV was going in our living room, we wanted a cabinet that was reasonably priced but also was an attractive piece of furniture, and he pointed out several floor models which were on sale. From these, we were able to find an affordable one that fit in perfectly with the rest of our decor. All in all, the store experience, which I'd been dreading, turned out to be very pleasant. Jeff was able to set up a delivery in two days., and the charge was reasonable. He explained we would get a call that day between 7:30 and 8:30 giving us a 3-hour window. The call came right around 7:30 giving us a window of 8-11, and the truck pulled in at 8:15! I think this is one of the few times we weren't waiting around until the very end of our window for whatever service or delivery person was scheduled! Amazing! The crew was courteous and efficient, and since we were doing our own install, they were in and out in about ten minutes. Later on, Jeff phoned us to be sure delivery had occurred and everything had gone satisfactorily. Bottom line, you can't ask for better customer service than we received, and I would say that The Big Screen Store checked every box in terms of product, price, and service. We would recommend them without hesitation.

We bought our new smart TV on the 4th of July and were pleased to benefit from the Independence Day sales. We got a terrific deal. The new TV was delivered the very next delivery team was efficient, fast, and courteous. The installation team arrived the very day. They also were efficient, friendly, and courteous. My only criticism is a small one: It would be great if the delivery team could take away the substantial packing materials with them. It would be the icing on the cake. We love the new TV!
