My company ordered an ice sculpture from ice sculptures of NY for a very important and high profile event. Hours before delivery, we were notified that the sculpture had been damaged. Not only had it been damaged but it had been carved wrong as well so even if they had brought to the event without having damaged the sculpture it would have been embarrassing. Upon learning of the situation, we were trying to find an alternative to solve the problem with a replacement. In speaking with the owner Paul, he determined that he wasn't going to help us even though they had a sculpture on hand that they could have used to replace the damaged one we were promised. Even though admitting it was their error, Paul was concerned that he wasn't going to get paid for his work. His solution was to leave us hanging for our event. I have 20 years experience in the hospitality industry and I have never seen someone so unprofessional. In life you only have your word and Paul's word isn't worth anything to him apparently. I only took the time to write this in an effort to save someone else the headache and trouble of possibly facing the same fate.

Nicole was fantastic at handling our last minute request. A little pricy, but well worth the premium. Also handled Kold- Draft ice cubes and ice spheres for ice bar set up. Thanks again Elsa
I've placed a order and the day that I needed he cancelled on me the phone service is bad you can call and call and won't get a response think twice before going to them
