My office ordered from this restaurant for a holiday. Roughly 15 sandwiches and sides. We had a hard time communicating and figuring out if they were delivery the food or if we had to pick it up. When we got to the restaurant there was a sign on the door saying a pipe had burst. I understand that something like that is out of anyone’s control. What I don’t appreciate is that we were never informed that we wouldn’t be getting our food today. Thank goodness we decided to go to the store since they weren’t answering any of our phone calls. Which again I understand was because the store was closed. But this poor service left us in lurch and half of my office without food. It will be a while till I decide to order from this place again.

Delicious sandwiches for a decent price compared to their size. I got the Ranch Hand, which was really tasty and left me totally full when I was finished. The sandwiches came out relative quickly as well. Definitely recommend this place for a quick lunch stop.
Nice selection of thick cut, butcher style sandwiches. Rotating selection of sandwiches which keeps the place from being boring. Lines can be long during weekday lunch hours, but mostly because the sandwiches keep people coming back! Atmosphere inside is very nice, but can feel cramped when busy. Service is usually quite fast and have never had an issue with accuracy (however, I have only ever ordered in person at the register).
First time. Ordered the Smoke Brisket sandwich for lunch. Found it dry and without smoke rings.
I love this place! The food is made from scratch each day and they have a wide variety of options. Great sandwiches that rotate seasonally. I don't have a favorite sandwich because I have to keep trying new ones, but I have never been disappointed.
I have tried 3 other local sandwich places in the area and this is by far the best! The Dutch bread is fresh, meat portions are generous and their Italian dressing is flavorful. This is a must try!

Highest quality lunchtime sandwich anywhere in cap square area. You pay for it (8-9) but totally worth it. Turkey sandwich is my go-to. Get it a few times a week. Chocolate chip cookie (only a buck) is an absolute must.
