Was a bit dirty but it was pretty close to closing time when I came in. Plenty of seats available. Food selection wasn't great, but there was more offered than a lot of other lounges. Food included cold sandwiches, chips, pasta salad, cheeses, hummus, various snacks, and ramen cups. Bar was full services and great. Wifi worked well. Staff was friendly enough. Other than the general cleanliness, the showers did not appear to be open and we were told they were closed at around 9pm.
Trying to decide if want to get that expensive credit that includes access to lounges amongst other benefits, so my buddy invited me as a guest. The decor is nice and surprisingly there is not only free Internet and cozy couches with lots of electric ports to charge your electronic devices... I noticed something else : You can get some breakfast here for free, including boiled eggs and cereal. There are TVs showing departure and arrival times, along with news. There are 3 sections, so if you invite a guest and then decide that you don't want to hang around that person, you can go to another comfortable area. (w)
1. Extremely tired and dirty chairs 2. Trolley with dirty dishes blocking entrance to main hall with food 3. Coffee machine broken 4. Unpleasant smells 5. Lots of noise coming from kitchen staff 6. Hot food was promised at 7:00. 7:02 - no food still, couldn’t wait. Left hungry. Staff rude Doesn’t worse to visit even it’s monopoly Go to cafe instead
This lounge does not have the ambience of some others within the International terminal of other airports. It lacks coziness with an unsightly view of a roof top on one side. The glare from the windows was uncomfortable and they should have used blinds and warmer lights to improve the environment. There are several work desks with sufficient power outlets for people to work on their mobile devices. There some also couches spread throughout the space. A good selection of bread, wraps, yogurt, granola, eggs, potatoes, and even instant ramen noodles were offered during the time I was there. The staff is very friendly and readily clear any used plates, glasses and silverware. There is also a bar where you can get several drinks make for you.
For a "Club @ XXX" brand, this one was actually quite nice. Don't expect Delta SkyClub or Centurion level lounge but with PriorityPass it's free and free is always nice still. The staff was nice and quick.
You can get access to this lounge with a Priority Pass so it can get quite busy during peak travel hours. It's a great place to kill some time if you arrive to the airport early or want to grab some drinks, food or candy before your flight (all free once you've gotten access to the lounge).
Good luck trying to get in if you're on a domestic flight at any reasonable hour. The staff here are incredibly rude and don't let in any Priority Pass holders whenever there are any international flights with business and first class customers departing within a few hours, telling you that they can put you on a wait list without ever telling you when they will let you in. They say they will let you in when other Priority Pass guests leave, but they don't pay attention or ask people leaving if they're PP passengers. If you persist in trying to get an answer on when you'll be let in, they'll finally give you a time which happens to be the final boarding call for some of the international flights leaving, despite boarding taking 45 minutes or so and first/business class passengers boarding first. They also recently got rid of all their hot food and now just give cheap packaged snacks. Maybe you can blame the Chase Sapphire Reserve for this but this lounge should just leave Priority Pass if they're never going to let Priority Pass holders in anyway. Awful experience.
