What a excellent day!! Found The Cobbler Shop got my water boots fixed while I waited & had a Wonderful Conversation with 3 Beautiful children..... Thank you for sending me out with a Smile I will be back to get my purse finally fixed!!!!

Terrible experience. Took a leather skirt there to get the zipper repaired. After a week they called me to say that they had to send it out to get repaired. I had explained repeatedly that the zipper needed to be installed from the hem up to the waist and that the zipper would detach at the waist as it is a wrap around and zip up skirt. I called repeatedly and stopped in at the store and was told that it was not in yet. After a few months, yes, months, I called and they found it in the bin to be donated for the poor! The skirt had the zipper installed from the waist to the hem and was not removable! Total waist of time and I hope the skirt can be fixed at a good shop. Go here at your own risk. I will never go back.
I just LOVE this place.... I have brought several pair of my dancing shoes there on numerous occasions and every time they come back to me like brand new and in a timely fashion. I wouldn't trust my shoes with anyone else, fantastic establishment....
If I could give ZERO STARS I would !!! Awful experience, I will never go back. I have been going to The Cobbler Shop since it was in the Macomb Mall. I will NEVER go back again, and I am urging you not to go there either. Every time I go, there is an issue. This last time I went I dropped a pair of boots on a Tuesday, was promised that they would be finished on Saturday. Their Saturday hours are 11:00-3:00. I went at 12:00, closed, went back at 2:00 still closed, no one was there, no sign in the window explaining why, not even a voice mail when I called. I went back on Monday at 11:30, again no one was there (posted hours 10:00-5:00). I waited an hour and went back, finally someone was there. Now it had been 7 days since I dropped off by boots. I expected to just run in and grab them, since they were suppose to be finished 2 days ago. I told the he gal behind the counter that I had been there Saturday to pick them up when promised and she said to me "and no one was here right" Now 2 days later, imagine how shocked I was when she told me that they had not even started on them yet, they simply hadn't gotten to it, WHAT??? So now I’ve gone a week without my boots, they are still not repaired and I’m going to have to take them somewhere else and do without them again all because this place is so INCREDITBLY IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! Please don't waste your money or your time by using this shop.
I am very picky when it comes to my shoes. And I have been in love with my black boots since I bought them last year. One morning, my heart broke when the sole came apart from my black beauties. Thinking I would be without my black booties made me consider giving up all hope on shoes and go barefoot like our ancient ancestors. But luckily my boots were saved. By suggestion of a co-worker, I brought my boots into The Cobbler Shop, in Roseville. A week or so later I was reunited with my boots and it was as if no time had past! They were back together and so I! I was complete once again! My boots and I took local karaoke bars by storm and none of this would have been possible without the fantastic work of Carla and her staff at the shop! This is the place to go for shoe repair!!
I dropped off four pairs of boots on Dec. 20th along with a deposit was told they would be ready the next week. It's a month later and I still don't have my boots. I've called daily since Dec. 27th and gone by there three times. Nobody has answered the phone or been there when I went. I have even left notes in the drop box. Take your repairs somewhere else.
I have been going to the Cobbler Shop for over 20 years and always have Great Service done in a timely manor. The Cobbler really knows her stuff! She has saved coats, shoes, boots, flip flops, and so much more for myself and family! Thanks Cobbler for all you do!
This was my first time using the Cobbler Shop and I really love the work. Carla did an amazing job on my shoes. I will return!!!!
