Not sure what her name was but I gathered from sitting waiting on a friend she was the owner. Anyways, great haircut. Exactly what I wanted. Got me in last min too since I was only there for friend appointment to begin with. Worked out perfect just in time for the new year new me stuff. Thanks so much The Cutting Edge. Love it.

Kind of pricey. The beautician whom with I had an appointment was ten minutes late with explanation of she's always late for things. My appointment was at ten. Just seems like most shops are up and busy by this time and I was the only one in there. I actually wandered if they were opened when I went in. A lady did come out from the back after a couple minutes to ask if she could help me.then said the lady who was going to do my hair would be there. I was about ten minutes early so that wait didn't bother me at first or even if you can see that they are busy, but no one had a customer. Then she went in a back room to visit with other people. I have waited at other shops but usually because they are busy and I understand that. Pretty sure I won't go back. Not good service or atmosphere.

Shelby Sanders has been wonderful. She is great with our kids and is always super friendly. And she does a good haircut as well. Highly recommend her.

if i could give no stars i would shelby sanders is the most ill mannered person i have ever come across on a phone. zero professionalism. if this is how she acts on the phone i wouldn't want her to touch my hair. hung up in my face.
