I moved into The Dean in August right when it finished construction, and it has been by far the best living situation I have had in college. The amenities are world class!! Even with the city of Champaign restricting all amenities at all properties, the staff has made sure they are kept in pristine condition. Now that amenities are able to be open again, it has been amazing using the rooftop deck and pool! The staff are also always helpful and available when I have had any questions. The units are brand new and the views are of campus/campustown are extraordinary. I also love having a Target on the ground level, it is extremely convenient to get almost anything I would need. The Dean has been a major upgrade for my housing!!

Do not be fooled by this leasing company! You'd figure the newest building on campus would be the nicest but it's far from it. Stay far away!

Edited: I think the staff is nice after talking to them in person, so I’m giving them more stars. The location and apartment sound isolation is great. Original: The place is nice but, please, improve your staff training. Everytime I called and asked questions, I got different answers. If I talked to 3 different staffs, I got 3 different answers for a question. Like how?

This place is an absolute sham. Don't judge a book by its cover cause The Dean looks beautiful from the outside but is littered with issues. Inconsistent wifi, closed amenities, and unresponsive management. And to top it all off they are paying for fake 5 star reviews.

Really love living here!!! Everything you could need all in one place!! The staff is super helpful and always friendly. The amenities are by far the nicest around. I had an issue with my move in date and Jordan was able to resolve the issue and I left super happy. Definitely will be renewing my lease for next year!

stopped by the other day and was shocked with the attention to detail and cleanliness, down the basketball school decor throughout the building. great to see a building based on the campus community of students in common areas with music and study rooms. great customer service on my calls with Garrett. great vibes all around

New amenities and facilities? Count me in! Plus all the retail spaces around the area? Super happy we got to speak to Cheyenne about the property. She has a great personality and is super easy to talk to. One of the best tours we had out of the others.

PLEASE DONT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE POST!!! They are NOT real!!! The students at the front desk, try to help, but pass on info to “manager”, which you never see or hear from. Problems take forever to get resolved IF they even do. Showers flooded bathroom for months til somewhat fixed. Maintenance, who is never the same person, never gives notice that they are coming. Knock & come in. Do they not know students live here & we are taking classes & tests online!! They rushed to finish building & too make mistakes made. NOT worth the money!!!
