I took my cat to this vet for his paw because he broke one of his claws. I immediately noticed that the office is not sanitary. They were taking animals out of rooms and then rooming other animals in the same room without cleaning or disinfecting the rooms in between animal patients. They took my cats temperature without a thermometer cover on it and that is not sanitary at all especially knowing they use the same thermometer on all the animals. When I asked about that the nurse didn’t really respond to me about it. After we left the vets office it took only two days after leaving the vet for my cat to all of a sudden have an eye infection. I believe that my cat contracted conjunctivitis at the vets office due to their lack in sanitation within the office. I will not be taking my cat back to that vet I will find I more highly rated and overall more professional vet out in Henderson. Now that my cat has an eye infection I now have to pay even more for vet bills so I do not recommend this vet office. They are so unprofessional that they will in the end cost you more money and your animal more stress.

Called for appt for annual vaccines for my dog with a special addition of Lepto. We travel for work so this is a must. I am fully aware that they do not normally vaccinate for Lepto in Southern Nevada but it is my pet and my responsibility as a pet owner to make sure she is fully vaccinated and ready for wherever we may be sent for a job. This clinic refused my request and my business even after an explanation as to why. Boulder Animal Hospital was glad to get the vaccine and they are awesome. Replying to your reply. I did request it that is the whole point and your receptionists denied my request. If you would reread my review I state that I am fully aware that Lepto is not given in Nevada and would need to request it ahead of time. I worked in the veterinary field for over 30 years and one thing I do know is that if I want my dog vaccinated for Lepto that it is my call, not yours. I suggest you speak with your receptionists and school them on customer service.

I've been to this clinic twice and they are hands down the best experience I've ever had with taking my animals to the vet. They were so sweet to my dog and polite and cheerful with me as well. From the reception to the actual exam they all did a great job being quick, but friendly and gentle with my frightened pup. And the prices can't be beat! We'll definitely be coming back here again. Thank you!

I took my dog in today for an illness. When I called they were able to get me in almost immediately, the front desk staff are very personable and helpful, Roy, the vet tech was very pleasant and Dr. Thornton was amazing with my dog and has a wonderful friendly kind personality. Their pricing is reasonable and I highly recommend them.

Our dog Smokey hurt his back while we were away from home & we were so lucky to find The Greatful Pet Animal Clinic. They are open Saturdays, very affordable and very friendly. Dr. Flannery was great and very helpful.
