I didn't find what I needed but it wasn't for lack of trying. The sales associate looked everywhere to try and come up with something that would work. Unfortunately I will have to go to the manufacturer. But I really appreciated the effort.

If you're looking for tool rental I would recommend finding another place. You rent the tools and bring them back cleaner than what they were and they still want to charge you a cleaning fee. They charge you an insurance fee which is fine but when you come back and raise the price. I don't want to work with you the prices are not set. Rent at your own risk. I will definitely be going somewhere else to rent for my tools.

Went to buy a very large container to put a large item inside. Found exactly what we wanted and it even came with wheels. That was a plus. A lot of containers to choose from. Also looked at the Christmas tree display and I think we have found the one for us. Cashier was very friendly, helpful and wanted to make sure I could get the purchase in my car.

This location on Route 28 had the best customer service of any Home Depot that I've ever been in. Matthew, a young worker, helped as best he could with our John Deere questions, then got his manager Keith. Matthew was very good, and Keith was amazing! We're going back this weekend to buy that John Deere riding mower because of them. There's a Home Depot two minutes from our house, but we'd rather go to this one that's 30 minutes away because of the excellent customer service of Keith and Matthew.

We've just bought a house that needed a refrigerator. Fortunately Home Depot, Milford, Ohio had the model we wanted on sale with 6 month no interest financing! Terrific!!! Unfortunately they didn't have any stand alone freezers available and weren't taking orders due to the pandemic. Not happy but we'll keep looking.

Always a great place for what you need on your projects. Just have a issue sometimes getting help even with the high volume of staff. Otherwise great place to do you construction, outdoor/indoor projects shopping.

Went in for a dryer hose and an employee in appliances was very friendly and helpful and told us exactly what aisle to go to for what we needed. Thankful for smiling and friendly employees!
