Incompetence, total incompetence. I was expecting a delivery. They sent to another store, then cancelled the order. I waited at home ALL DAY and they never called, never informed me nothing. Pathetic customer service. It got worse, they tried again and still messed up the delivery. I spoke to the manager, who acknowledged they had issues and was going to call me back, and never did. I ended up having to stop payment I waited at home for 3 days on their delivery, which for them is anywhere from 7 AM until 8PM, not a very good window for anyone with a life.

Ok in a pinch. Staff often head the other way or look at floor if you appear to need help. I prefer the nearby alternative.

This is the worse home depot store I have ever been to. Inventory is wrong online. Online inventory said they had 7 doors and when I went to the store they had none. I asked when will they get it in because I already paid for it online. Their respond was, "I don't know" and just give me a refund. On 2/16/21 I came in to do some online order return and was helped by Donna who was extremely rude. She wasn't happy helping me with my online order return at all. She was rolling her eyes and throwing my return items around. For some reason employee at this store doesn't like to do online order returns. This is not the first time I was treated so rudely by an employee at this store at customer service. I hate going to this store and will be going elsewhere from now on. Avoid this store unless you want rude, poor customer service, slow and useless employee helping you. Will be going to Lowes or Ace from now on.
