Flooring delivery from West Monroe, La to Pensacola, Fl. I had been looking all over for the perfect color luxury vinyl flooring for my home. I wanted quality (at least 5.5 m thick and a 20 mil wear layer) and I wanted to find a good deal to. I found it at The Home Improvement Outlet. I found what I thought I wanted on the website but wasn't sure about the color. I called them up and they shipped me a box that I received just a couple days later so I could actually see the product in my home. It looked amazing! I called them up and let them know I needed 2000 sqft. They quickly looked up freight companies near me and shipped it to me and I got it next day! I can't say enough about the customer service here. They are amazing! On top of it all I got the product delivered for less than I could get it locally. Thank you! I'll update with pictures once I have the flooring installed.

So I’ve been shopping at this location on and off as needed for the past three years. You will never go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and have the owner walk up to you greet you ask you how your days going etc At this location you will. Everyone is hands on deck and willing to help you at the drop of a dime unlike chain stores. I am extremely pleased over all with my experience at this location. They deliver, the guys in the back help load your vehicle and the ladies in the front will go above and beyond to find whatever it is your heart may desire for your project. Overall good job

I ordered tile from them and then had to cancel. It was no problem. Then I had to reorder it (long story!). Emmy was very helpful both times and I received the order in 2 days. Very happy. One suggestion: If the shipping cost comes up high on the web site for a relatively small order, call them. My shipping cost changed from 135 to 25!

I’ve shopped here for a number of years and am only more and more impressed each time I go. Most discount home improvement centers are a mass of chaos; you hardly know where to look. That is not the case with this store. When you first walk in, to the right of the door, is a beautiful display of cabinets, electronics and flooring. I mean, really beautiful, nothing like at a a discount store. Everything is well organized. And yesterday when I went in to look for a faucet and at flooring, I was greeted by a professional (James?), who immediately took me to the faucets and then to flooring and helped me choose a flooring that my husband and I both love. Honestly, it’s so refreshing from trying to locate help at Lowe’s or Home Depot. And the prices are hard to beat. Highly recommend!
