At or before my 2nd and 3rd visit I noticed obvious results.Especially around my belly line where are most of the focus is being applied. I am working on trying to get the summer abs. I am also focusing on a better diet but also some ab work out in the gym. Having a busy life with my company MGB home solutions. I’ve had to do less Gym time due to having the lipo procedures and recently added sauna bag to the routine. The sauna bag has helped with melting of fat but also aides in relaxing muscle stiffness I’ve experienced.
