I'm currently doing a private duty case at this facility and the overall staff here are very unprofessional and rude. Me personally I wouldn't bring my dog here. I've encountered maybe 3 people that are staffed here who were very nice. Every morning I come in and speak and the woman who sits at the desk never responds. Majority off the staff I've encountered were rude and not inviting.

Excellent care and services for 8 years here for my grandmother. The only (obvious) problem is that they are clearly understaffed and overworked. That being said, the staff does a fantastic job of providing attentive care to the patients consistently.
