I have purchased live shrimp from the Shrimp Farm at least three times over the past year. The shrimp have always been good quality, the proper quantity, and arrived alive and on-time. The email communication of order status has also been very helpful. This company is a pleasure to do business with. No problems at all. I plan to continue to order from them in the future.

Fast shipping - ordered on Saturday, shipped Monday and here Wednesday. Very carefully packed in a breather bag surrounded by nice cotton batting. No DoAs, though I was short a couple shrimp (maybe a couple died in transit and were eaten by the others?). Didn't pursue a partial refund as the shrimp were only 14 for 15, but I'm sure they would have given me one. Great communication. They notified me when they shipped, and when the tracking indicated delivery was imminent. So far the shrimp seem active. I would order from this company again. If they die at this point that's on me. D Update: It's been a couple weeks since I got my shrimps. Most seem to be surviving (knock on wood!). One appears pregnant! Update 2: The pregnant shrimp had babies. I spotted at least three. Amazing!

I ordered (2) groups of (10) shrimp on 3/13. The items said they would ship on 3/16. However, I later learned that they were delayed until the 23rd. USPS lost the package for several days and it finally arrived on 4/1. All but 5 shrimp were dead. Shrimp Farm immediately jumped on it and reshipped to me on 3/14. USPS again delayed delivery until 4/19. ALL shrimp arrived alive and "perky". Shrimp Farm did an EXCELLENT job at following through, despite the problem clearly being with USPS! Thanks!

I just got started with shrimp. Years ago, I just threw a couple shrimp in my main tank. They died. This time after researching the right way to do it, I decided to make a small dedicated tank. Shrimp Farm answered questions with their site. They also had tons of different shrimp IN STOCK. Not like other sites that have 12 pages of out of stock shrimp at crazy prices. Shrimp Farm was ready to go. Except for Covid-19 has slowed them down on shipping a bit. I work a strange schedule and they were able to get me my shrimp at the right time on the right day. Five star treatment by a five star establishment. Buy here. They are also a Midwest American company, so you'll be buying American. Thanks Shrimp Farm, I'll be buying more in the future.

I ordered 10 cherry shrimp online. They were all beautiful and arrived quickly once they were shipped. USPS mishandled my package and caused a big dented corner which resulted in water leakage. I was so concerned about making sure my shrimp were okay that I didn't read the instructions for DOA. One arrived DOA probably due to the dent/leak, and they refunded the money for the one, which was very kind of them. The Shrimp Farm charges slightly less than 3 per Cherry Shrimp, which I think is great. My LFS charge anywhere from 5-8.99 for Cherry Shrimp or "Fancy" Shrimp. Yikes! If you're willing to wait a bit for shipping, these guys are definitely worth it!

All our little shrimpers arrived safe and happy and we actually received 11 instead of 10!! Whoopwhoop! We are new to this. A "pet project" for our daycare group. The kids are enjoying learning right along with me!

All shrimp arrived alive and seem to be doing well after the first week. Was concerned as the day after they were shipped we had a cold snap here so they were pretty cold when they arrived.

First time ordering livestock online and it couldn’t have gone better. All of the shrimp arrived live and well and I received constant notifications about the delivery and arrival time. I ordered 10 AA Cherry Shrimp but I think I actually got more like 11-12 including some smaller juvenile shrimp. They are all living their tank and successfully molting & scavenging. Highly recommend :)
